3 dimensional mark for Choco

Recently (July 21, 2021), the JPO registered the shape of chocolate confection “Takenoko no sato”, which is called as “Choco cones” from Meiji Co, Ltd. Regarding the other chocolate confection, Meiji obtained the 3-dimensional trademark registration on March 30, 2018. The name of the product is “Kinoko no Yama (i.e. Chocorooms)”.
